The Platform
Artemble is a curated online marketplace that facilitates the direct sale of original artworks between independent artists and collectors. Artemble acts as the platform operator - artists are the sellers of their own works. By using Artemble you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to purchase on Artemble
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One account per person
The Artworks
- All works listed on Artemble are original, contemporary pieces created by the listed artist
- Artemble does not list antiques, reproductions, or works over 100 years old
- Dimensions, medium, year, and condition are provided by the artist and verified by our curatorial team
- Every sold work is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity
Purchasing
- Payment is processed via PayPal. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment capture
- Once an order is confirmed, the artwork is reserved exclusively for you
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artist has not yet been notified to ship - email support@artemble.com immediately
- All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR)
Shipping
- Artists ship directly from their studio using a prepaid, insured label provided by Artemble
- Estimated delivery: Europe 7–14 days, Americas 10–18 days, Asia-Pacific 7–14 days, Rest of World 14–21 days
- All works are insured for their full sale value during transit
- Import duties and customs charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility
Authenticity Guarantee
Every work on Artemble comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of a received work, contact support@artemble.com within 7 days of delivery.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Attempt to transact with artists outside the Artemble platform
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent our payment or commission system
Intellectual Property
All content on Artemble - including design, copy, and curation - is the property of Artemble. Artwork images remain the intellectual property of the respective artists, displayed under licence.
Limitation of Liability
Artemble facilitates transactions but is not liable for: damage occurring after confirmed delivery, import duties or customs delays, or disputes arising from inaccurate information provided by artists. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
