Returns, Refunds & Shipping

Our Commitment

Every artwork shipped through Artemble is fully insured for its sale value. We stand behind every transaction on our platform.


Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • Cancellations must be requested before the artist has been notified to ship
  • Email support@artemble.com with your order number
  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days via your original PayPal payment method

Damaged on Arrival

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damage and the packaging immediately
  2. Email support@artemble.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photographs
  4. Artemble will file an insurance claim with our shipping partner
  5. Full refund issued within 14 days of claim confirmation

Do not discard the original packaging - it may be required for the insurance claim.


Misrepresentation

If the received artwork materially differs from the listing - incorrect dimensions, different medium, or condition significantly worse than described:

  • Contact support@artemble.com within 7 days of delivery
  • We will review the claim and arrange a full refund
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Artemble in confirmed misrepresentation cases

What We Cannot Refund

  • Change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window
  • Minor colour variation between screen display and physical artwork - screens vary and we recommend requesting additional photographs before purchasing
  • Damage caused after confirmed delivery

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery from artist dispatch:

Europe7–14 business days
Americas10–18 business days
Asia-Pacific7–14 business days
Rest of World14–21 business days

These are estimates. Delays due to customs processing are outside our control.


Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for artwork before purchasing.


Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your artist has dispatched the work. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and are outside Artemble's direct control.
