Artemble is a curated online fine art gallery connecting collectors with exceptional independent artists worldwide. We take the privacy of everyone who uses our platform seriously.

Information We Collect
- Account information - name, email address, and password (stored encrypted and never accessible in plain text)
- Purchase information - delivery address, order history, and artwork preferences
- Payment information - processed entirely and securely by PayPal. Artemble never sees, stores, or has access to any card or bank details
- Usage data - pages visited, artworks viewed, time on site - used only for platform improvement
- Communications - emails you send us and support requests
How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfil your orders
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
- To communicate about your account or purchases
- To improve the platform and personalise your experience
- We never use your data for advertising purposes
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances
Who We Share Your Data With
We share the minimum necessary data with the following trusted service providers solely for the purpose of operating the platform:
- Artists - receive only the city and country of the collector, never a full name or address
- Shippo - receives the full delivery address solely to generate a prepaid shipping label
- PayPal - processes payments entirely on their own secure platform
- Resend - delivers transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates
- Supabase - our encrypted database provider where account and order data is stored securely
No other parties receive your data.
Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies
We use essential cookies only - required for login sessions and cart functionality. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.
Data Retention
- Order data - retained for 5 years for legal and financial compliance
- Account data - deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request
- Payment records - retained as required by PayPal's terms and applicable financial regulations
Data Security
All data is stored on Supabase's encrypted infrastructure. All connections to Artemble use HTTPS encryption. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal under PCI DSS standards.
