How Shipping Works
Every painting on Artemble ships directly from the artist's studio to your door. We provide the artist with a prepaid, fully insured shipping label generated specifically for your order. You receive a tracking link the moment the artist dispatches.
Insurance
Every shipment is insured for the full sale value of the artwork. In the event of transit damage, Artemble manages the insurance claim and issues a full refund.

Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties in the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's regulations before purchasing. All works are correctly declared as original artwork under HS code 9701.
Framing
Artemble works are shipped unframed unless otherwise stated in the listing. We recommend framing locally - it avoids transit risk and allows you to choose a frame that suits your space. We are happy to advise on framing options for any work.
